eTransmissions

GKN Driveline’s electric drive transmissons are designed for applications across a large range of vehicles from city cars to high-performance electric vehicles. They can transmit up to 300kW of power and are available with ratios up to 14. A variable interface design means that GKN Driveline’s eTransmissions can be matched with E-motors from various suppliers to allow flexible application. Special features like a unique “drop-in” electric park brake system or limited slip differentials are available to meet any specific customer needs. GKN Driveline’s eTransmissions have been developed for compact packaging and high torque capacity with superior NVH and efficiency. GKN Driveline has won eTransmission business with major OEMs in Europe, US, China and Japan.
