Overview

The high-speed joints and couplings used in a propshaft have to accommodate a severe service environment. High angles, high speeds and changes in length are all required from a propshaft due to relative displacement between axles and the gearbox. The ability to withstand extremes of temperature is also critical, as is the ability to withstand the high shock loads which are commonplace in all-terrain vehicles.
