New President for GKN Driveline Torque Technology Japan

GKN Driveline Torque Technology has appointed Eiji Imai as the new president and representative director for GKN Driveline Torque Technology KK, in Japan(head office at 2388 Omiya-cho, Tochigi-city, Tochigi Prefecture).
Graeme Walford, the outgoing president of GKN Driveline Torque Technology KK, in Japan said: “ Our roots in the Japanese market run deep. I am therefore really pleased that Eiji Imai has joined GKN. He brings with him 35 years of senior automotive industry experience which will help us to further expand our business in the vitally important Japanese market.”
Eiji Imai said: “I am very excited to be joining a world-class company like GKN. My aim is to achieve long-term and sustainable growth building upon the excellent foundations of the company in Japan.”
Eiji Imai assumes his new role on September 30th 2008.
