Change of company name for Tochigi Fuji Sangyo KK

From November 1st, 2005 the company will change its name from “Tochigi Fuji Sangyo KK”, to “GKN Driveline Torque Technology KK”. The purpose is to clarify the corporate identity as a member of the GKN group in a rapidly changing and expanding business environment.

In making the name change the company will continue to provide customers with the highest quality products and finest levels of service.

New company name: GKN Driveline Torque Technology KK
Old company name: Tochigi Fuji Sangyo KK

Reason for change: The business produces torque technology products for use in automotive components

In 2004 TFS became a part of GKN Driveline. Since then the business has been focused specialising in torque technology
